This notice describes how the personal data of users browsing this website is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
1. Data Controller
Loomia Web
Milano, Italia
Email: web@loomia.it
2. Categories of data and purposes
- Browsing data — the systems running this website acquire, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (e.g. IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the request). Such data is used solely to ensure the website's correct operation and security and to obtain anonymous statistics. Legal basis: the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
- Data provided voluntarily — sending email to the addresses listed on the site entails acquiring the sender's address and any personal data included in the message, in order to respond to requests. Legal basis: response to a data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Project enquiry form — the form opened from the button shown on the site's pages collects your name, email address, project type, indicative timing and the description you write. It is used solely to assess the enquiry and reply to you; sending requires your explicit consent through the dedicated checkbox. The data is delivered to our mailbox through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), acting as data processor, and is not used for any purpose other than replying. Legal basis: consent of the data subject and response to their request (art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).
The site performs no profiling and no automated marketing.
3. Processing methods
Data is processed with electronic and IT tools, adopting technical and organisational measures adequate to ensure its security and confidentiality, for the time strictly necessary to the stated purposes.
4. Recipients of the data
Data may be processed by technical service providers acting as Data Processors, in particular Vercel Inc. (website hosting and delivery) and Cloudflare, Inc. (storage and delivery of media content). These providers are based in the United States: the transfer relies on the EU‑US adequacy decision (EU‑US Data Privacy Framework, to which both adhere) and, additionally, on the Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 44 et seq. of the GDPR. Data is not disseminated or transferred to third parties for promotional purposes.
5. Data retention
Browsing data is kept for the technically necessary time; email communications are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and to comply with any legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You may exercise at any time the rights granted by Art. 15‑22 of the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection) by writing to web@loomia.it. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
7. Cookie Policy
Cookies are small text files stored on the user's device. This site uses technical cookies, necessary for its correct operation, and — only with your consent — statistics cookies.
There are no advertising or profiling cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tag managers, and no data is sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Microsoft Clarity. If you consent to the statistics category, the site loads Microsoft Clarity, a tool by Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited that shows us how the site is used: page views, clicks, scrolling and heatmaps. Clarity also records an anonymised session replay — pointer movement and interactions with the page; form fields and sensitive content are masked at the source and never reach us. We use it only to find what does not work and improve the site.
Meta pixel. If you consent to the advertising category, the site loads the pixel by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It tells us how many people arrive from our Facebook and Instagram ads, which pages they look at and how many get in touch through the form, and it allows us to show ads to people who already visited the site. We do not send it the content of your messages or the data you type into the form.
Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may refuse without losing any feature, and withdraw at any time using the button below, or via the link in the footer. The two categories, statistics and advertising, are accepted and refused separately. On withdrawal the Clarity cookies are deleted and the tool is no longer loaded. Microsoft may process the data outside the European Economic Area, under the standard contractual clauses.
